I am counting carbs for 2 weeks tomorrow. I have lost 8 lbs and I am Proud of myself.I am extremely motivated to not be a diabetic in 2016. Now I need to incorporate some exercise. Too much laying around. Way too much. I know that God is helping me. I can feel it. Thank you god.
