Great time in Cornwall and I managed to dodge the cream teas and pasties, but succumbed to the cooked breakfasts and ice creams 😋 Hence a 2 lb gain, so not too bad. Daily walks along SW Coast Path with the Ramblers 🤩🌞🏖️ kept the gain to a respectable minimum 😊 Back on it as of today 👌
