Great weekend, finally summer. Swim, park, sunny, and a rocket launch that was better than all the others so far. Blob down and holding, muscle good, row #28 on the books for 20 minutes. Very close to half a million meters on the rower and this challenge is really moving the needle towards that. My watch died when I was at the park and so my mileage was twice what showed up. It’s only about 1.5 miles, but annoying. WEIGHT 159.8 lb BMI 32.3 FAT MASS 63.4 lb LEAN MASS 96.5 lb WATER MASS 67.4 lb BONE MASS 4.9 lb MUSCLE MASS 91.5 lb

There’s another one scheduled for later this week. Another type of rocket, will be interesting. You can watch these live on YouTube. Spaceflight Now and SpaceX both livestream them. There’s a group of us now who text and go out to watch. I’m not sure if this is true or not, but I swear you could hear this one. Actually, I need to ask the guys if they thought they heard it. They were at a park in the open.

Oh let me know when, I will keep an eye on the sky, I know it’s unlikely but I’ve seen one before so you never know. Which watch online too ☺️

Re: the watch - technology is great until it fails, especially when there's no backup.

Supes, you mean because they didn’t leave the trail? Some do, some don’t. Depends on where they’re from, where they’re headed, etc. These are placing satellites, so they track over the curve of the earth. Higher launches don’t behave the same at all from here. I can’t speak to Florida or Texas.
