I'm yo-yoing! However, I"m staying consistent with my fitness. My boy is changing. I can tell that it's being sculpted, and I like how it's changing. Last week, I put on a skirt that I previously couldn't zip up entirely. I feel like I've come so far and there's so much more to do. It's nice to have hope for my physical health. Hope is good. Patience, however, is not as strong. I think that's why my nutrition is inconsistent.
Well, you gotta keep on keeping on!
