I DID want to emotionally eat last night, but I told my body "NO! Eat that body fat, you sob!" 😄

wooohoooo! Nice drop there Girrrrrrrl! Those moments of stern self talks are necessary at times. I try to keep busy when the hunger waves hit at the end of day 1 and the beginning of day two. I'll walk anywhere but the kitchen to ride it out, by the end of day two, hunger is gone, I meditate without thinking of food. You got this!!!!

Thank you, Debra! 😊 Unfortunately, I spend alot of time in the kitchen, because my youngest son & grandson are screaming they are hungry every few hours...lol. It will be fine, though. Self-discipline is part of the journey. 🙂
