Happy Saturday!!! I haven’t update here for a bit. I’m still a boss, still a mess, still me 🤣 I looked over my weight history and realized I hovered around and under 180 during the height of covid in the summer of 2020.
I can see a clear correlation with stress, vacations and weight gain. I know exactly where and why peaks came from.
The latter part of 2021 was pure hell. 2022 was stressful. Jan 2023 I weighed in at almost 210.
I’m aiming for a range of 180-185 but secretly dream about hitting 170something by end of 2023. One thing is for sure I’ll never give up, each fall I learn something about myself. Each victory feels great. Keep pushing friends.
