So here I am at the end of summer with some extra weight, but my summer was enjoyed to the fullest. Back to getting myself in shape step by step, with no rush , but healthy choices and healthy moves.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
