Interesting how my body is working. Loss of appetite for the last two days is making my weight move down. I feel so much better today, got a 7 hour full sleep. I consider that great when you got an infant. I still ate yesterday about 1200 calories. More of fresh and healthy food and couple cookies. Now I just gotta keep it up. I missed one day of working out, so I’ll do one extra on Saturday if I feel like it. Not stressing my body listening to it and it is showing me that I’m doing good taking care of it 🙌
