Thanks. Not much of a celebration. I lost 8lb while home on medical leave but quickly regained it all back once I returned to work. It was so much easier to be in a calorie deficit while confined to my home and no easy access to snacks. I’m back to working out 4 days a week and really need to just eat “heavier” meals and snack less. Regardless, thank you.

Foot is as good as it gets. Can’t jump rope yet but able to jog and wear heels. It aches after a long day etc but it’s not terrible. I’m anxiously awaiting for when Muscle Mike introduces walking dumbbell lunges again 🤣
