29 days to go on personal goal. didn't loose alot of weight this week, only a tiny bit. Have noticed Muscular development however. The lifting, dancing, and martial arts workouts seem to be paying off. Girlfriend is stating "wow your getting fit" YAY.
I did eat out a lot last week as there were people in town, and a lot of parties. I did my best to keep the diet paleo, cheated a little on cheese (Gorgonzola on salads from resturaunts) and beef that was not grass fed. I'm assuming this and the new muscle contributes to some of the weight loss.
I was very hungry last week.
