Kemarin baru ngerasain perut sakit melilit banget gara2 jam makan sama makanan yg dimakan gak bener.. terus pagi ini sarapan upper 500 kal perut kayak begah bgt.. ternyata emang enakan makan sesuai porsi sama disiplin jam makan ngaruh bgt di aku.. liburan makan jadi gak bener.. semoga bisa cepet menyesuaikan..
