Flat again. Highly unusual.... I’m still incredibly sore; legs, arms, back. I said that day before yesterday too 😁 Today is a rest day and I’ll only go for a 3-5 mile walk. 🇲🇽 round 2 is in 4 days. I was hoping to be around 175 but 177 is more realistic as I’m holding water. My tracking has been really accurate. No, still not logging my coffee, minor snackables as those are part of my base line. I’m very routined when it comes to that. Perhaps this water will release soon and I’ll see a swoosh, it’s been a while!!!
