Ok, being from Arizona I did horrible last weekend during our playoff game....GO CARDINALS!!!!! Unfortunately, I get this thing in my brain that says "You've been so bad for 3 days now, just eat what you want"....I usually cave into that self talk and it apparently leads me to this. So, my goal is to track everything, every day no matter what it is and how many points/calories it is...Maybe if I see how bad it is I will make some definate changes.
