Went to log in and FS prepopulated the number to 163. Thanks for the vote of confidence, FS. nope. Double workout, within range on calories, pressing forward. Also, daylight savings sucks. Someone needed to say it. I have no meetings today after a couple weeks of double and triple bookings. I'm going to savor it. Don't tell anyone.
