Just an update on fasting.
I did 2 weeks (28th feb - 13th march) then had anniversary dinner and been eating for another 2 weeks. I gained around 4kg in 2 weeks. Was worried that i won't be able to restart fasting.
Luckily I managed to start again Sunday 24th and now im nearly finishing week 1, going to do 2 weeks total (till 8th April)
Feel like million dollars! Im doing weight training, riding bike hard, walking a lot. All without any food intake.
Fasting rules - if done correctly!

Still to go: 9.7 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
