Dropped one of the unwanted visitors from Thanksgiving. Two more to go. All I need to do is eat right, exercise and move around. How hard can it be? 🤣🤣🤣
Edit for baby step progress. as I'm sitting here eating my warm spinach salad with chicken, I'm thinking, "this tastes good, what happened last week?" Processed sugar is a trigger food for me, I think. Not going to go all nuts and eliminate it completely, but will be mindful to count out those eight dark chocolate chips at a time and not add half the bag when I do. Note, it was never really that bad, but I was definitely going down a dark path. Exercise also makes me feel better. Remember, exercise always makes me feel better. Exercise always makes me feel better. Exercise always makes me feel better... Durp!
