Hey FS!
I'm a 5'1" female who's starting weight is 190. I was athletic in high school and could eat w/e I wanted. Sadly, life & unhealthy habits caught up with me. It's so true, you can't exercise away a bad diet. I'm done being unhappy in my clothes, and feeling crappy after overeating. I'm finally back down to the mid 150s. I'm setting small 5lb weight loss goals until I reach my big goal of 135. 🤗🎉
I'm working on my mindset and positive thinking. I use to tell myself I was huge everyday and do nothing to change it. Yoga, gratitude and running have done so much for my mental health. This app is very motivating. I love seeing other goal oriented people who want the best for themselves and each other. We got this!!!! 💜💜
