Well, non-smoking has good sides, but makes weight control quite a bit harder. It's the food compensation that kills me, yeah, I indulge more and I got quite a sweet tooth...
But I haven't smoked in a month and am still jogging on a regular basis so I guess everything will get back in order eventually.
