My tummy can't stick with Atkins! 3 or 4 weeks at induction, and that hasn't resolved itself... I will still eat primarily veggies and protein, but I'm adding in one serving of low GI fruit and one or two servings of gluten-free grains per day. I'm also upping the servings of veggies per day. In addition, I'm eliminating dairy for a few weeks to see if I might have an intolerance.
