Have bought myself some little pink dumbells (2 kg ones from Argos). Hope they will encourage me to do a bit of exercise at home. Thought my body might appreciate a rest from grains, so I've dropped my oat breakfast over the last two days and been on more of a Paleo Primal diet. Will go back to Paleo-Mediterranean soon. Very pleased with how my diet is going in general. It's early days yet, but the things I've done seem to be working. I haven't had somnolence or insomnia for quite a time now and finally seem to be getting a good night's sleep.
