I'm finding that my weight is quite variable. For interest, I've been weighing myself daily (although reporting here only weekly) and I find a big meal can put on 2-3 pounds the next morning, but the weight will even out over time. I would really like to hit 200 lbs, and will then be focusing on staying healthy and stable over the holidays. I'll resume the diet later on!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
