Today is the first day that my early morning weigh-in was under 200! I was 199.6 this morning (despite having a slightly larger dinner than normal, grilled chicken tenders, cole slaw, pinto beans, and a corn muffin at Cracker Barrel). Feels good!

Thanks! It feels good! Today it was down another lb, to 198.6! I'm a little surprised, because my calories have been a little higher than usual this week, yet I've dropped 1.5 lbs since Monday morning. Not I'm thinking maybe with the early morning, 40 minute workouts, I might need to add in a few more calories. Maybe aim for somewhere between 1400 and 1500 (most days I fall between 1250-1350). Since I increased the workout time to 40 minutes, I have noticed I'm a little more tired than usual during the day.
SunnyCA, you're where I was a few short days ago...you'll cross the line soon (if you haven't already).
