Still working on finding balance in juggling all that I’m doing; truthfully, 100% exhausted and feel I could sleep a solid 36-48 hours 😅 BUT I have been getting 2-3 mini walks in during the day. During the short zoom breaks, I take a walk that’s a little less than 5 min on my little section of our street and during lunch I do a loop from one end to the other which takes about 15-20 min. Apparently that’s doing some good 🤣👟
