Lost 1.4 lbs this week. My weight loss seems to have slowed down after almost 3 months of pretty steady weekly 2 lb losses. Could still be the aftereffects of not eating all that healthy last weekend when travelling (though I stayed within calories, it wasn't healthy food). This week should give me a better picture of how I'm losing now. I'm having dinner at Macaroni Grill tomorrow, but other than that there's no challenge this week. I've checked Macaroni Grill's menu and found a few options that are under 500 calories...their sodium is through the roof though, so I'm going to be drinking a lot of water this week.

Onmyway- I love your chart!!! It's such a gorgeous ski slope shape. Good for for planning your options at Macaroni Grill.

Thanks for the encouragement. I keep telling myself I need to spend a little more time on here, as it keeps me more firmly attuned to my goals. The weight I have lost has given me more energy, I think, and I've been finding myself much more productive. Double edged sword, I suppose, but I figure the more active I am the more it helps me achieve my goals. I haven't used the food diary on here in some time, as I find it much faster for me to use my spreadsheet for the same purpose...it allows me to just copy/paste. I do miss the comraderie when I don't have much time to spend here though. Oh, I opted for the Grilled Chicken Spiedini at Macaroni Grill. 360 calories, and it was very tasty.
