I DID IT!!! I have made it under 180! Celebrate the little things because they are all really big things 🥳
179.9 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Does anyone on here ever hit a plaque. Where your the same weight for a few days - week or more. Any tricks to get past it. LoL. 😟🤦‍♀️

@karenw77 you can try each day with your calorie in take to keep it going up n down so each day is different .....it's helped me. Hope this helps.
