This week was the first week back to my normal schedule after my 'undiet' vacation in Italy. For the first two days I was quite hungry, and went way over my points total (42 on Monday, and I'm supposed to have only 28)! By Wednesday I was feeling more myself and the end of the week went well. I think that planning daily meals for your daily points total is the best idea - by which I mean, hoard the 35 bonus points for 'accidents.'
