I've hit the 40.4lb mark, the 40 part is what I am ecstatic about!!! I still have quite a ways to go but I know doing it this way slowly and having my few cheats/treats here and there is what's making this a life style change and not a quick fix. I am just sooo happy! Thanks for all the encouragement on here!! :)

WTG on your 40 pound success. Great job. You have good attitude as this is not a quick fix and even though you say you have a long way to go, you've lost 40 pounds and that should be a reason to celebrate!

Congrats! The loose weight quick diet is not for me either. Slow and steady and incoporate cheat/treats in your program so you won't feel deprived.
