Did 90 minutes of strength training with Kristy on Saturday...had beer tonight for the first time in a month. Breaking up with Dan has been hard on my body, my strength, my sleep. I have days where I feel stronger, and days where I just know I need strength. Today I attended my first COda Meeting. I need to be there, or I will continue to attract unhealthy relationships.
