Ok... so I was away from dieting for too long and put a few pounds back on. But, we just did a 75 km bike ride so I'm going back to it and am aiming to get down to 185 lb (BMI ~ 29, overweight but not obese!). Sometime later I'll try to get to a "normal" weight....
