SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 10
It is a miracle I am not back to 210 the way I have been eating. Close to 4000k again yesterday. On a rest day.... Can't legitimately claim any dietary control atm. But I have been eating a fuckton of yams and chicken! For nutritionz!
If I keep this up I might as well go with a fried chicken and donut diet...
Healed up a little with the rest day. Hammy way better. Still sore and tight, but no longer screaming at the first hint of a stretch. Got back into pigeons and (beginner) side and front splits on both sides for the first time in a few days. Backs still tweaking. Twitching in a whole new place this morning. Yay!
W/E. Got through the morning stretch and inclined to take a shot at deadlifting today. We'll see.
Tape says waist is only up 3/4" since the cut low, but I don't like the way it feels and want it gone. Patience, I know.... Also bloofy....
Def out of sorts this week. Started with the Monday flood, I guess. Then we had a little sundowners episode. I dunno. Off. Soooooo...
Back to blocking and tackling -
