SPRING CUT - DAY 32 12 Hours Fasted
Bad news is that I broke fast a day early at 48 hours. The good news is that I had the most disciplined refeed yet - 1525k (25C) in 45 minutes. Pulled pork, ribeye, feta, creamed spinach. Was famished, which is why I broke, but started with the pulled pork and was full before I got my steak out of the broiler. Struggled to get down a mere 8 oz of steak. Crazy. Hunger is a bizarre thing.
Anyway, got my overdue "whoosh" on the back of the meat dinner, so down a pound on the refeed. Still up 0.6# from Monday's refeed low and up 0.4# from last Friday's refeed low. That's a stall. Gonna have to up my game if I am going to get this cut in the end zone anytime soon. That means -
