SPRING CUT 2021 - DAY 18 40 Hours Fasted
Deep in my feels. CRAZY dreams. Coupled with fasting insomnia. Pattern is something like sleep until 1400, up for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Then short nap, wide awake, another nap, etc., until 0600. Not gonna lie, I've been hitting the alarm snooze like a bitch. Each nap is like diving back into the next chapter in a horrifying story I cannot put down. I awake grasping to remember, for meaning. Or have to force myself awake. Maybe hold onto a couple shards; then plunge right back into the next bit of gripping insanity, looking for answers...
FASTING - No Ayahuasca Required!
Grinding through fourth back to back 72 with perfect fast adherence. Far from optimally productive. Visibly graduated from dad bod fat to skinny fat. Arms and shoulders leaning out. Man boobs sub A-Cup. Waist and back fat gushy and warm to the touch. All good.
