ok... I know I ate a lot of carbs (mostly due to a pint of Halo Top, but some of that should be sugar alcohols), but I stayed under my calories. drank lots of water, but still felt dehydrated. So no idea.

Just an FYI I learned in the Army while fighting in El Salvador .... ANY dairy products, especially ice creams will increase your thirst. The warmer it is the more the thirst increases. Hope that's helpful!

WOW! I never knew that! Sometimes it does make me stuffy, so I am sure I have a slight allergy. and normally I drink almond or coconut/almond blend milk. Interesting!
