I am learning so much about my body, food, and nutrition. I've always known a lot about nutrition but this non-plan (First Place 4 Health) really keeps you focused about the quality and quantity of food you intake. I'm reading a book by Dr. Don Colbert (Eat this and Live) and he has a lot of good things to say. The book has a lot of information I am familiar with which is comforting because it makes me feel like I really do know a great deal about healthy living, and eating well. For those that have lesser insight into nutrition this is a great book for the inexperienced future nutritionist of the world. Blessings, Mardee
