Shocked that I lost about 3 lbs this week, since I gave myself a free day on Thanksgiving. Very pleased. The 1.5 hr Zumba master class yesterday probably helped. Also walking 3 miles on Thanksgiving. Very pleased.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
