It feels good to have reached the 30 lb mark. Carefully tracking calories consumed & expended has been VERY helpful. Love how loose my clothes feel these days!
180.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
