Wow looking back where I started from and where I am going. OMG I have not been under 300 pounds in 10 years since back in highschool. I honestly never thought I would be able to do this and stick with it, but the results are worth and the best part is I'm not even craving any sugars, carbs or fast foods :). I started resistive burst training with weight and everything is coming along. I am very happy with the progress I am making. I figure I put years into destroying myself I can put in the effort and time into getting it back :).
