I am in week two of a second job and its been tough adjusting to the schedule as far as diet and exercise goes. My energy has been low since I am pushing full steam ahead. I have had to skip dinner several nights in a row which really dropped my blood sugar through the floor, but I am packing snacks now and am giving myself a few minutes at work to get a banana or small sandwich down---Not eating is definitely not key to weight loss, if anything it slows my metabolism down and makes me very tired...the day after not eating enough my workouts are really tough too-no energy. Small 4-6 healthy meals works best for me and keeps me going and have strong workouts. Its hard to convince a boss you need 2 minutes so you can eat a banana when she is galaxies away from caring or understanding about her own health.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week

I bet you'll figure out a rhythm to your food so you don't get tired. Keep plugging at it! :-)
