I didn't think I was going to get all my exercise in this week (20 mile goal) but I ended up with almost 22 miles! Of course 11 1/2 came yesterday...
171.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
