Not sure if it's the heat, the amount of bread I've been eating, or what. Can't lose a pound despite the high level of activity. Can feel the muscle kicking in, but still, lots of fat to get rid of too!
172.3 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
