I don't want to bore you with my work outs but I've been a monster in the gym this week. I haven't missed a day since Sunday. I'm wondering if the muscle I'm building is keeping the scale from moving a bit more. Any thoughts are welcomed. Have a healthy day🙋

Why increase? Cause muscle weighs more than fat

measure inches rather than looking to the scale. or just pay attention to how your clothes fit :-)

Keep at it, don’t focus on the scale. Put a tight shirt on and every week put it on and see how it fits

Muscle burns calories more efficiently than fat so your workouts not only help you burn calories immediately, but keeps your metabolism up for hours after you’re done at the gym.
Men are naturally more muscular than women. That’s why it’s easier for then to lose weight. Their metabolism is more efficient than women. So not fair....LOL.

You could also be retaining some water depending on when your exercise and when you weigh. Good job!!!!
