New day SOS! I cannot believe I have actually gained a few ounces. I am training 3 x week, doing some form of cardio 5-6 days a week and really following my food plan. I even felt a little lighter and was actually looking forward to a little scale validation. I am discouraged yet again and am now trying to figure out how I can do the master cleanse and still work and take care of all my responsibilities. When I do not eat, I feel sick and dizzy so it will be a challenge.
