Pigging out on chocolate and not being able to go to the gym worked out well 😊
145.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@ChrisHerron101: if you have been low-calorie dieting for a while, you slow down the rate at which your body is willing to burn stored body fat. A "spike" of higher amounts of calories and carbohydrates will reset the clock so to speak and you burn fat at a higher rate again....

ChrisHerron101 I've been extremely lax in recording in my food journal I will update it today and you are more than welcome to check out my foods ... I follow holistic nutrition guidelines (not everyones cup of tea as its not cheap) but the only way I can keep my Rhumatoid Arthritis under control without using prescription drugs.

think of it as Summer and Winter. You store Fat during Summer (eating high carbohydrate foods, sugars, etc...) during Winter you live off the fat...the longer the Winter, the slower you burn your fat...A Spike of carbs signals insulin that Winter is over and Summer is here again....i.e., burn fat at a high rate, except you've tricked your body and after a while it starts to slow down again....Winter.
