I'm at 41 hours this week, and I still have 2 days of work to go before I can stop and catch up with commitments. This is one of the most packed weeks this semester. Of course, I didn't work out and I have been eating on the fly because of the never ending time commitments and stress. So, I pretty much think I gained weight, and it's okay. I just need to stay afloat right now and get through this semester.
Up 2 lbs. Not surprising at all given how crazy this week has been. I'm so glad I also do monthly stats so that it puts things in perspective for me. It looks like I still lost 1/2 a pound in the last month. I've also lost an entire pound of body fat and kept my percentage of body fat at 39%! It looks like I'm still meeting my goal of maintaining. I'm happy about that. :)
