5 Carbs or less for 3 weeks!

Maybe this was not a good challenge for me to join. I added Ginger, Cinnamon and Lemon juice (for anti inflammatory purposes) to my coconut oil in place of hot tea this morning. That immediately took me to 19% carbs for the day ... I'm a tad rubbish at math but that seems like I overdid my carbs by having my first drink of the day!
Since I added my veggies tonight I'm way over the guide lines but I'm getting my carbs from veggies not junk food so I'm confused with this set up ... Any comments greatly appreciated and in the meantime I've just downloaded a Keto diet book by some MD that might give me more insight as to what and why I'm even attempting this 😊

148.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
