Really?!!! My weight is down to l0west in over a year! Gum surgery is my new fav diet, ha, ha, ha! SERIOUSLY-I have been careful to eat less after 7PM. Sticking to soup or half portions of "real food" Mushroom ravioli is my new thing but have had 4-5 pieces instead of a an easy dozen. No sweets either-well not a lot. SO far I have not eaten ANY xmas cookies. It was like this last year-as long as I do not eat-I do not crave. It's the first one that sends the sweet tooth into overdrive. Last year I held out until Xmas Day and then spent the next two weeks on a sugar high. Yuch! Now that I can move without my head exploding, will have to get back to exercise in a serious way. Ran a little on Sunday to test out the mouth and NO pain-or hardly any. It's lovely to be pain free-I recommend it highly :)
