I had a good day doing stuff around the house....a couple of loads of laundry, watered plants, planted a couple of coleus I had rooted in water. I read magazines, talked to my middle sister on the phone, washed my hair, sat outside & watched the hummingbirds before making dinner.

Then, as we were sitting down to eat, Hubby saw the bird feeder swinging madly. The darn bear was back! Hubby scared him off....without the feeder this time. He did bend the hook it hangs on again, tipped over a chair & knocked stuff off the table on the deck getting away. Hubby has been putting the feeder in the garage overnight. I guess since it's getting dark earlier, he was out cruising the neighborhood. More excitement than I was asking for today!

I have Book Club tomorrow night. Our book we read was set in China, so instead of cooking, one of the girls is picking up an assortment of Chinese dishes for dinner. It should be fun. I really enjoyed the Book....The Fox Wife.
