The number means very little its mostly water but yesterday was a huge fail ughh the exhaustion got to me and I went nuts after dinner 🤦♂️been a rough week ended up light headed at work from electrolyte imbalance ate a jar of pickles and it didnt take long and I was back to normal. Surprised my sleep wasnt impacted by all the food after work. Tried working out but that was pretty pittifull as well

I used to feel guilty for not going balls to the wall at work. then we got some new young folk that come in at 10 and leave by 2. I'm not losing my 3 weeks of vacation anymore. nobody ever said at the end of their life I wish I'd worked more. your killing it with those kids. I'm always amazed.

Pickles are great for that. I eat protein chips or pork rinds to get extra sodium. Some days, your body may just need REST & RECOVERY especially with your busy life style. There are some days my body NEEDS more calories than others. Eating at a surplus sometimes is exactly what your body needs. This is something I’ve learned along my health journey.

Fred-Sanford thanks buddy I've turned down overtime a few times recently they cut so many people now they need people to work again hmmmm. Thankfully today is my last night on call for a few weeks that really takes the most out of me. Kids keep asking what I want to do for father's day but my mind is too fried to think that far out gotta make it through 3 more work days first 😅.

StormsGirl pickles have saved me multiple times when this has happened. I drink a ton of fluids but I also sweat alot so keeping my salt Intake in balance can sometimes be a problem.

I stocked up on 100 squencher packets this morning filled my cooler with ice and grabbed 6 power aids. Trying to cut back a little bit on caffeine too... trying is the key word there I added up my daily consumption in MG 😬
