It will be nice. Outdoor get together so hoping it doesn't rain. It wasn't supposed to but it's clouding up so.... we'll see! I'm refraining from snacks. ..😬You can definitely do it, ad 💪😊

Fingers crossed it holds off, is there a back up plan or do you need someone holding a brolly over you 😝. You have more discipline than I do 😂. I want to lose 2 stone in total but that feels impossible at the moment. So aiming for little wins

I wish I was disciplined! But that's the way to do it, one small win at a time. We'll get there. Oh and thanks for holding ☔for me, I wouldn't hold you to the grass 😅(Btw I had two Oatmeal bars and pizza 😆🥴 Tomorrow's another day 😊)
