Woke at 237.4, down .7 from yesterday. The business lunch and dinner didn't seem to hurt me. Out for another business lunch today and maybe dinner later.
237.4 lb Lost so far: 87.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
